Class begins 9:00 AM, MST
Break 10:30 AM
Resume class 11:00 AM
Class ends 12:30 PM, MST

Class dates, Saturdays: Sept. 11, 18, 25 and
Oct. 2
Each class is 3 hours of classroom time with a 30 minute break in the middle.

This is an online course. It is optimal to have a web-enabled computer and be able to be online for the duration of the class times.
Pre-requisites for this class are one of the following:
* attendance of Part One of this series
* attendance of an Introduction to Ayurveda seminar
* completion of an Ayurvedic correspondence course

Introduction to Ayurveda, Part 2

This class continues to unfold the fundamental concepts of Ayurveda. You will learn the components of the eight-fold examination, have a better understanding of the structure and functions of the tissues and be able to identify which rejuvenation techniques are best indicated. The process of disease, palliative measures and cleansing therapies will also be explained.

This course is vital to enhance the skills of anyone wanting to integrate Ayurveda in their practice while being equally beneficial for self healing.
